If you feel that the work completed did not meet the expectations outlined during your initial consultation, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the service completion date. Our team will review your concern and determine the most appropriate course of action, which may include a complimentary follow-up session, partial adjustment, or other resolution.

Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to give you confidence when booking our services. We believe that open communication is the key to a successful outcome, and we always welcome honest feedback from our clients. This guarantee applies to all standard service packages listed on our website.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or service adjustment, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of the completed service date
  • You must provide a clear and detailed description of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction
  • The service must have been booked and confirmed through our official channels
  • Any products or physical organizing materials included in your package must be returned in their original, unused condition if applicable
  • The request must not be for a service that was fully completed as described in the agreed-upon scope of work

Please note that refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve all matters fairly and promptly, keeping both the client's and company's interests in consideration.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds or returns. These include:

  • Consultation fees for completed in-home assessments, as these involve dedicated time and professional expertise
  • Custom organizing supplies or materials that have been opened, used, or personalized specifically for your home
  • Services that have been fully performed according to the agreed scope of work and signed off by the client
  • Promotional or discounted services, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
  • Gift certificates or prepaid service credits, which are non-refundable but remain transferable

Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your full name, service date, and a detailed explanation of the issue you experienced
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin a review process
  4. If additional information is needed, we will reach out to you directly to discuss the matter
  5. Once a decision has been made, we will notify you of the outcome and, if applicable, process the refund within 10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total service cost, as our team members will have already allocated time and prepared materials for your session. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule a booked service at no additional charge provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduled services are subject to availability. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found, you may request a full refund in accordance with our standard refund process outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Products

If any physical organizing products included in your service package arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the items. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund of the affected items at no additional cost to you. Please retain the damaged items and any original packaging until the matter is resolved, as we may request photographic evidence or the return of the product for quality assurance purposes.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange organizing products for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original service date. The items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If the replacement item has a different price, we will adjust the charge accordingly.
